W Asia ran an intensive PR campaign for Asia’s biggest beer festival – Beerfest Asia.
To inject new talking points into the Singapore-based festival that is now in its ninth year, W developed a series of pre-event activities.
These included ‘Marina Bay’s first Beer Yoga’ and master classes & workshops created in conjunction with F&B industry leaders. A heavy broadcast campaign also positioned its festival director as ‘the voice of the industry’, and several pieces ran on the Asian craft beer movement.
Not only did this year’s Beerfest achieve more press than ever before but it smashed its sales targets – with 31k people attending the event.
